I didn’t start out with a process. I started out like you.
I’m Tyler Tamboline aka ToeTagginTambo. I’ve been playing DFS since 2014, focusing mainly on PGA and NFL. I started in the DFS content space in 2018 and have worked at many sites around the industry, picking up knowledge and experience along the way.
Many DFS content creators are asked for their picks and plays, but my emails and DMs are full of questions about process, strategy, game theory, correlation, and leverage. People don’t just want to know who to play. They want to know how to think about it on their own.
I’ve qualified for Live Finals including DraftKings King of the Beach, finishing 3rd (2017), 2nd (2021), and 6th (2022) for winnings of over $250K+ in just those events. I’ve also won $100K+ 8 times and had many more $50K+ wins throughout my journey. I lost a lot of money I didn’t need to lose before I figured out the system. That’s exactly why I built DFS Mastermind, so you don’t have to.

For me a main takeaway from this episode I've struggled with is "but i only have x% and I like that guy as a play". When sheets said he didn't care who he had or how much, it was clear that once you have trusted tools and a process, you have to try and remove your biases.
